- we make the action plan; this plan includes pre and post training evaluation and supervision the knowledge accumulation
- we develop special training files for every customer company
- effective training in Bucharest or in other location outside Bucharest
- we present to the customer company a report that contains our conclusions and proposals regarding each member or the team and the team itself
- we recommend a follow-up session after maximum 3 moths with the purpose to evaluate the progress made by the participants
- we made a final evaluation report of each participate
