- understanding the training needs of the client organization on short, medium and long term
- making of the action plan, which includes phasing plan trainings and pre and post training assessments and monitoring the implementation periods of knowledge
- construction of special training materials for each organization
- conduct effective on-site training program, in Bucharest and outside Bucharest, in the locations proposed by the client or by ConSeco
- presentation to the client at the end of the course, a report containing findings, recommendations and our proposals for each participant and the team
- achieving a follow-up sessions at intervals up to 3 months after completion of the course, aimed at monitoring progress of participants
- a final report to assess the trainees
